Exercise

WE must gets up early in the morning and go for a walk . It kept our mind cool and give us a real freshness.
Secondly it is very helpful for our health and fitness.Then we should take some exercise for half hour. Exercise is the most important thing in life. Every one should do it to keep itself healthy .I am also a student I use to do exercise at night but I really want to do it in morning and I am trying to change but not succeed yet.I wish I could make it.I  was always very Happy to keep My body and figure fit and I have done it through exercise
